Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is seeking an Insight, Data, Reporting & Improvement Manager to provide essential structure, coordination and accuracy across a complex, multi-country account.

This role plays a central part in ensuring effective governance, data integrity, systems management and reporting across the account. It underpins informed decision-making by ensuring information is reliable, accessible and consistently applied, while supporting operational delivery and workplace strategy.

Working as part of the Insight, Data, Reporting & Improvement function, the role supports programme governance, account development and internal alignment. It also contributes to the creation of high-quality workplace strategy documents, reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, helping to maintain strong client delivery and internal coordination across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure governance, administration and data accuracy at country level, aligned with internal policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain business data, reporting and insights to support operational delivery and decision-making.
  • Oversee the structure, maintenance and effective use of SharePoint and other key systems across the account.
  • Maintain operational and site-level data, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and consistency across multiple countries.
  • Produce workplace strategy documents, reports and high-quality presentations to support client and account needs.
  • Manage contract documentation and support administration requirements across the account.
  • Coordinate account-wide communication activities, including monthly updates and newsletters.
  • Liaise with internal communications, marketing, business intelligence and data teams to ensure aligned messaging and outputs.

Person Specification

  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with strong ownership of accuracy and governance.
  • Proven experience in data management, reporting, systems administration or a similar function.
  • Confident in producing polished documents, reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and countries.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
  • Skilled in digital tools, including SharePoint, CAFM systems and collaboration platforms.
  • Experience working within structured governance frameworks and corporate policies.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is desirable.
