Installer Supervisor- UK Travel

Elevation Recruitment Group's Engineer Services Division is supporting our growing client in recruiting an Installations Supervisor specialising in Water Storage Tanks Installations and Repairs.

The Installations Supervisor is a hands on role involving working away on industrial sites throughout the UK during the week.

Work life balance and employee well-being is extremely important to our client, and they are flexible around days of work, so if you would like to work 4 days instead of 5- they are extremely open to this! All accommodation is provided, alongside all the tools you will need to complete the job and a generous allowance for food and overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities for the Installation Supervisor role include:

• Installation of a variety of Water Tanks (GRP, Cylindrical, Steel Rectangle, Concrete)
• Dismantling of existing storage tanks
• Refurbishment of Water Tanks
• Project leadership, including processes, reporting, and communication
• Thorough understanding and adherence to Health & Safety

Skills and experience required for the Installation Supervisor role include:

• Experience working with Water Storage Tanks (GRP, Cylindrical, Steel Rectangle, Concrete)
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Team Leadership experience 
• Problem solving and troubleshooting experience
• Project leadership, including processes, reporting, and communication
• First class communication skills and delivering excellent service
