Insurance Surveyor

I am looking for an experienced surveyor

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per year + Company Vehicle + Benefits

The Role

You will be responsible for managing insurance reinstatement and repair projects from survey through to completion, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

* Carrying out property surveys and preparing scopes of work

* Managing repair and reinstatement projects

* Scheduling works and coordinating trades

* Liaising with clients, insurers, contractors, and suppliers

* Updating client portals and job management systems

* Monitoring progress, quality, and costs

Requirements

* Experience in insurance reinstatement preferred but not essential

* Background in construction, surveying, repairs, or contracts management

* Good organisational and communication skills

* Understanding of scheduling and client portals beneficial

*. Good communication and customer service experience

* Full UK driving licence
