Beyond Talent Solutions is supporting an established organisation based in Sheffield who is seeking an experienced Interim Accountant to support the finance function during a busy period.


This is a hands-on interim role, ideally suited to someone confident working to deadlines and producing accurate, insightful financial information.


The role will include:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Supporting the production and review of budgets and forecasts
  • Month-end activities including accruals, prepayments and journal postings
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight
  • Supporting continuous improvement of financial processes where appropriate


You’ll need:

  • Proven experience in a management accounting or similar accounting role
  • Confidence preparing full sets of management accounts
  • Previous experience supporting budgeting processes
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with financial systems
  • The ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive approach where you will pick things up quickly
