Internal Recruiter,
Location: Penarth 4x per week, 1x home
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £35,000 + Bonus

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Internal Recruiter to support a busy and varied In-House Recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with candidates and is driven to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This role will suit someone who is confident building relationships, a strong communicator with confidence to negotiate with senior stakeholders.

The role

In this position, you will take responsibility for supporting in-house recruitment strategy and planning alongside hiring managers. You will provide market insight to hiring managers for roles across a variety of seniority levels as well as keeping in regular contact with candidates within the industry for suitable openings.

Key responsibilities

Support in-house recruitment strategy

To discuss vacancies and recruitment plan with hiring managers

To develop knowledge of business to advise candidates and qualify them

To manage relationships internally and externally with prospective candidates

To create and post job adverts across multiple platforms

To contact interviews and feedback calls

What we're looking for

Experience in recruitment

Understanding of full recruitment process

Experience and confidence in stakeholder communication & engagement

Ideally some knowledge of Construction industry
