WSR is recruiting for an Internal Recruiter for our reputable client in Milton Keynes.

Job Title: Internal Recruiter – Engineering & Technical Recruitment
Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid working (3 day in office p/w) 
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE, plus benefits
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm/9am to 5:30pm – 4:30pm finish on Fridays

We're looking for an Internal Recruiter to join a growing team focused on sourcing highly skilled engineering and technical contractors across the UK and Europe. This is a delivery-focused role where your success is measured by the quality of talent you identify and engage, not sales activity.

Internal Recruiter Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing specialist engineering and technical contractors across the UK and Europe
• Utilising LinkedIn, job boards and advanced search techniques to identify hard-to-find talent
• Screening CVs against detailed technical requirements
• Managing candidate relationships, engagement and rate negotiations
• Coordinating assessments, compliance documentation and onboarding processes
• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines within specialist engineering sectors

Internal Recruiter Skills, Experience & Attributes:

• 3+ years' recruitment experience
• Ideally with a background recruiting within engineering, manufacturing, technical or industrial sectors 
• Proven track record in recruitment / candidate resourcing, preferably on an international basis
• Contract recruitment experience would be highly advantageous
• Strong sourcing, candidate engagement and delivery skills
• Organised, professional and detail-oriented approach
• A stable and reliable career history
