As an Internal Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive an excellent service and orders are processed efficiently from quote to completion.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer enquiries and preparing quotations
- Processing sales orders and seeing them through to delivery
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Coordinating and scheduling work to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Supporting health & safety administration and compliance activities
- Producing reports and general business documentation
- Providing administrative support across multiple areas of the business
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service, or business support role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive approach and willingness to get involved in a variety of tasks
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering, distribution, or technical environment would be advantageous
- Salary of £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
