The Role

As an Internal Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive an excellent service and orders are processed efficiently from quote to completion.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer enquiries and preparing quotations
  • Processing sales orders and seeing them through to delivery
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Coordinating and scheduling work to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Supporting health & safety administration and compliance activities
  • Producing reports and general business documentation
  • Providing administrative support across multiple areas of the business
About You

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service, or business support role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive approach and willingness to get involved in a variety of tasks
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering, distribution, or technical environment would be advantageous
