Telesales / Inside Sales Executive – Erith, London (Full‑Time, Office‑Based – 5 Days a Week)
Salary: Circa £35,000 + Commission
Location: Erith, London Hours: Monday–Friday, office‑based
We’re recruiting for a driven and commercially minded Telesales / Inside Sales Executive to join a growing B2B operation in Erith. This role is perfect for someone with a wholesale background who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment and knows how to build strong customer relationships while generating new business.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of B2B customers while proactively generating new opportunities. This is a high‑activity, high‑impact role where your ability to sell, negotiate and build rapport will directly influence your success.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound B2B sales calls to generate new business and re‑engage lapsed accounts

Manage and grow existing customer relationships through regular contact

Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across the product range

Handle inbound enquiries, quotations and order processing

Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your own sales pipeline

Work closely with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Ideal Candidate

Strong background in B2B wholesale, telesales, inside sales or account management

Confident, resilient and target‑driven with a proven track record in sales

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build long‑term customer relationships

Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business

Comfortable working full‑time on‑site, Monday to Friday
