Telesales / Inside Sales Executive – Erith, London (Full‑Time, Office‑Based – 5 Days a Week)

Salary: Circa £35,000 + Commission

Location: Erith, London Hours: Monday–Friday, office‑based

We’re recruiting for a driven and commercially minded Telesales / Inside Sales Executive to join a growing B2B operation in Erith. This role is perfect for someone with a wholesale background who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment and knows how to build strong customer relationships while generating new business.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of B2B customers while proactively generating new opportunities. This is a high‑activity, high‑impact role where your ability to sell, negotiate and build rapport will directly influence your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound B2B sales calls to generate new business and re‑engage lapsed accounts

  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships through regular contact

  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across the product range

  • Handle inbound enquiries, quotations and order processing

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your own sales pipeline

  • Work closely with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong background in B2B wholesale, telesales, inside sales or account management

  • Confident, resilient and target‑driven with a proven track record in sales

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to build long‑term customer relationships

  • Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business

  • Comfortable working full‑time on‑site, Monday to Friday
