IT Field Engineer
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £42,000–£45,000 + benefits

Our client, a leading organisation in the IT services sector, is hiring an IT Field Engineer to support and maintain client infrastructure across multiple sites. This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with a variety of technologies while delivering high-quality support in a customer-facing environment.
What you’ll do:
- Provide on-site IT support across client locations
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot network, server, and end-user issues
- Manage and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs
- Support project-based work including rollouts and upgrades
You’ll work closely with internal service desk teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of IT services and a high level of customer satisfaction.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a field-based IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and networking fundamentals
- Experience with Active Directory and Office 365
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
