Role Overview

We are recruiting an IT Manager to take responsibility for the organisation’s IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity controls, and business‑critical systems.

This role involves managing enterprise environments, supporting ERP platforms, and ensuring systems operate securely and reliably. The successful candidate will combine strong technical capability with a pragmatic approach to service delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day‑to‑day IT infrastructure and systems support
  • Providing senior‑level troubleshooting across servers, networks, and applications
  • Administering Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and cloud services
  • Managing virtualisation, storage, and firewall environments
  • Supporting ERP system users, integrations, and reporting
  • Delivering SSRS reports for management and operational insight
  • Driving cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity capability
  • Managing suppliers, documentation, and IT improvements

Required Experience

  • Proven background in IT infrastructure and management/strategic roles
  • Experience with Windows Server, networking, cloud platforms, and virtualisation
  • Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills
  • ERP and SQL reporting experience
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Desirable

  • Synchro ERP exposure
  • Knowledge of IT service management or security frameworks
