In this role, the successful IT Operations Manager would be responsible for leading and further developing the current IT department and functions by overseeing the day to day running of the IT operations. Managing a small team, this role will play a central and critical part in driving the organisations efficiencies, supporting colleagues, as well as implementing secure, and future focused IT and technology solutions.

This role would suit an experience IT professional perhaps looking to progress their career or even an IT Manager looking for a new challenge.

The Role

• Oversee the daily operations of the firm's network and hybrid server infrastructure
• Ensure IT systems are aligned with current and future business needs
• Manage IT budgets, forecasting, and cost-effectiveness across the function
• Lead on IT risk management, disaster recovery, and backup processes
• Implement and maintain natwork data and communications security.
• Other IT management duties as required by the role.
