IT Project / Program Manager – Fixed Price Project Delivery

Job Title: IT Project Manager

Engagement: Fixed Price Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end IT projects/programs under a Fixed Price delivery model
• Own scope, estimates, milestones, budget, and delivery commitments
• Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and timely delivery
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control effectively
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Ensure governance, quality standards, and compliance are met
• Prepare status reports and communicate progress to senior stakeholders

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in IT Project and/or Program Management
• Proven hands‑on experience delivering Fixed Price projects
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
• Strong skills in scope management, cost control, and delivery governance
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred:

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification
• Experience managing enterprise‑scale IT programs
