Location: Gateshead, Tyne and Wear
Contract Type: Permanent / Full Time

Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Role

As IT Support, you’ll deliver first‑line support through a service desk function, responding to hardware, software and user access queries.

Key duties include:

• User Account Management
• Software installation and updates
• Incident logging and escalation
• Basic hardware coordination
• Maintaining accurate IT asset records.
• Supporting continuous improvement, documentation and compliance with security and data protection standards.

To succeed in this IT Support role, you’ll bring:

• Experience in a first‑line or similar IT Support environment
• Solid troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and a customer‑focused approach
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently as part of a team
