IT Technician – West Bromwich – £25,000 to £29,000

We are recruiting for an IT Technician to join a well-established, family-owned business based in West Bromwich.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on IT support role and wants to be part of a close-knit team where you can make a real impact day to day.

The role:

As IT Technician, you will be responsible for supporting users across the business, ensuring systems run smoothly and resolving issues as they arise. This is a fully site-based role, working closely with colleagues across all departments.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide 1st/2nd line support to internal users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Support Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint etc.)
• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and user accounts
• Assist with ongoing IT projects and system improvements
• Maintain IT documentation and support processes

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in an IT support or IT Technician role
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
• Comfortable working in a fully on-site role (5 days a week)
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
