Joiner

Our client based in North Tyneside are looking for an experienced Joiner to join their team for a short-term contract.

Job Specification:

• Work across all areas of repairs and maintenance
• Providing support to our tenants and residents
• Complete responsive and scheduled maintenance jobs
• Diagnose faults and determine appropriate repair solutions
• Ensure work is completed in line with health and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful working environment in tenants’ homes

Personal Specification:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• CSCS card
• NVQ Joinery Level 2 and 3 or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
• High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Reliable, punctual and professional at all times
