Clover Talent are delighted to be partnering with a commercial finance brokerage based in Corby with ambitious growth plans and multiple openings for Junior Account Managers.

The business specialises in commercial finance, providing funding solutions including business loans, asset finance, refinance, and franchise finance. Working closely with SMEs across the UK, they deliver tailored solutions to support businesses at every stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging and onboarding new clients, predominantly SME businesses. You'll play a key role in driving growth by building strong client relationships and delivering bespoke finance solutions. Your duties will include:

  • Proactively sourcing and engaging SME business clients

  • Conducting outbound calls, emails, and networking to build a solid pipeline

  • Understanding client needs and identifying the most appropriate finance solutions

  • Working closely with internal brokers and funding partners to structure deals

  • Preparing finance proposals and presenting options to clients

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 1 years' sales experience, ideally within a phone-based environment

  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and cold calling

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

  • Hunger to build a long-term career in sales

  • Resilient, competitive, and driven by results

  • Must be based within a commutable distance of Corby
