We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at one of Cambridge’s most respected colleges. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated chef to learn from experienced professionals while helping deliver exceptional food for students, fellows, staff, and prestigious events.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting senior chefs in the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes
• Working across different sections of the kitchen
• Assisting with formal dinners, conferences, banquets, and daily service
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Contributing ideas and creativity to menus and presentation

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment at Commis Chef or Junior CDP level
• A genuine passion for fresh food and hospitality
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Relevant culinary qualifications are desirable but not essential
• Willing and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
