Junior Finance Administrator

Salary: £25,000 – rising to £26,250 upon permanent placement
Contract: Temp to Perm
We are recruiting for a Junior Finance Administrator to join a busy office team in Bournemouth. This role would suit someone with previous administration or finance experience looking to build a career within accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing supplier invoices and finance paperwork
- Checking invoices and resolving discrepancies
- Posting invoices onto Sage
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Updating internal systems and records
- Supporting the wider finance team with general administration
Skills & Experience
- Previous administration, finance assistant, accounts assistant, or purchase ledger experience
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using office systems and databases
- Sage experience beneficial but not essential
- Strong organisation and communication skills
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
- 1 hour lunch break
- Office based
- 1 in 10 Saturdays, 9:00am – 12:00pm (paid overtime)
