A growing and friendly M&E contractor based in Birmingham is looking to recruit a Junior Mechanical Estimator to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to come off the tools and move into an office-based estimating role within the building services industry.

Working on commercial projects, the company offers full support, training, and genuine long-term progression within a fun and supportive working environment.

The Role:

• Assisting with mechanical estimates and tender submissions
• Reviewing drawings and specifications
• Producing take-offs and costings
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
• Supporting the senior estimating team

Requirements:

• Mechanical background within plumbing/HVAC/building services
• Ideal for someone moving from site into the office
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating or Mechanical Services
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Basic IT skills and willingness to learn
