The Opportunity
Weāre hiring a Key Account Manager for a leading international manufacturer of construction products, supporting continued UK growth.
This role is ideal for someone who excels at developing contractor relationships, growing key accounts, and influencing senior decision-makers across complex projects.
The Role
- Manage and grow key accounts across the UK
- Develop relationships with main & specialist contractors
- Drive account growth, repeat business, and project pipelines
- Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams on account strategy
- Engage with stakeholders across roofing, faƧade, brickwork, modular, fenestration & drylining sectors
- Split time between field-basedĀ client relationship building and office based team collaboration
About You
- Proven experience in construction sales / building materials / construction products
- Strong background in account management, key accounts, or business development
- Track record of growing accounts and increasing spend
- Confident in face-to-face sales and stakeholder management
- Experience selling into contractors, subcontractors, or construction projects
- Commercially driven, relationship-focused, and proactive
