The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Key Account Manager for a leading international manufacturer of construction products, supporting continued UK growth.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at developing contractor relationships, growing key accounts, and influencing senior decision-makers across complex projects.

The Role

  • Manage and grow key accounts across the UK
  • Develop relationships with main & specialist contractors
  • Drive account growth, repeat business, and project pipelines
  • Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams on account strategy
  • Engage with stakeholders across roofing, faƧade, brickwork, modular, fenestration & drylining sectors
  • Split time between field-basedĀ  client relationship building and office based team collaboration

About You

  • Proven experience in construction sales / building materials / construction products
  • Strong background in account management, key accounts, or business development
  • Track record of growing accounts and increasing spend
  • Confident in face-to-face sales and stakeholder management
  • Experience selling into contractors, subcontractors, or construction projects
  • Commercially driven, relationship-focused, and proactive
