A welcoming and supportive primary school in Rushden is seeking a KS2 Teacher to join their team immediately. The school is part of a respected multi-academy trust, offering strong leadership support, shared teaching resources, and excellent opportunities for collaboration across schools.

Your Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum
• Create a positive and structured classroom environment
• Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
• Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents

Essential Job Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Strong classroom management skills
• Confident, adaptable, and proactive teaching approach
• Passion for supporting pupil progress and achievement
