Kitchen Assistant

The Education Specialists are looking for Kitchen Assistants to work with oiur schools across Liverpool.

Duties:

• Assist with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping ingredients)
• Help with serving meals to students and staff
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Clean kitchen surfaces and maintain high hygiene standards
• Support with receiving and storing deliveries correctly
• Refill counters and ensure food is presented well
• Follow health & safety and food hygiene procedures in line with Food Standards Agency guidance

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday lunchtimes usually 2 and a half hours to 3 hours per day.

Pay:

£14.25 per hour

Requirements for the role:

Enhanced DBS on the update service or a willimg to get one.

Must be able to work Monday to Friday.

Duration of the role:

Term time only.
