We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher (QTS required) to join a welcoming and well-established two form entry primary school in Ealing from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and collaborative team within a school that prioritises staff wellbeing, professional development, and high-quality teaching and learning.

You will be joining a strong KS1 team where collaboration is at the heart of practice, with shared planning, resources, and a consistent approach across year groups. The Role:

• Take responsibility for a KS1 class (Year 1 or Year 2) and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences that support progress across all subject areas
• Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes independence and a love of learning
• Assess and track pupil progress, using this to inform teaching and interventions
• Work closely with your parallel teacher in a two form entry setting to share planning and best practice
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support learning at home
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and participate in whole-school initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Experience teaching in KS1 (Year 1 or Year 2 preferred)
• Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
• A creative, enthusiastic, and reflective approach to teaching
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to inclusive practice and high expectations for all pupils
