The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 2
- Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
- Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively
- Promote positive behaviour and high expectations
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and senior leaders
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Is passionate about raising attainment and pupil achievement
- Has excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Brings energy, creativity, and commitment to the role
- A supportive and friendly leadership team
- Well-behaved and enthusiastic pupils
