Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Salisbury for an experienced KS2 Teacher to join their team from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic teacher with strong Key Stage 2 experience who is ready for a rewarding new role. The school is looking for someone who can deliver engaging lessons, build positive relationships with pupils, and bring a calm, practical approach to behaviour management. You’ll be joining a supportive team in a school where staff are valued and children are encouraged to thrive.

The role offers the opportunity to take on planning and marking responsibilities, with salary paid in line with the M1–M6 pay scale, depending on experience.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong KS2 teaching experience
  • A secure understanding of the KS2 curriculum
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A positive, adaptable approach
  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
