For most labouring jobs you're seeing right now you’ll need a CSCS Card. If you don't have one yet, our 1-week, government-funded programme can help you get yours - completely free!

To be eligible you must be:

• Be unemployed or earning less than £25,750 per year
• A UK resident
• Able to provide a valid ID document
• Available for one full week, Monday to Friday
• Have a laptop or PC with camera and internet access
• A good level of written English
