Hours: 10-12 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with weekend work available
Start Date: Immediate

LRL are currently recruiting for 4x Labourers to work on a high-profile project in Portsmouth. This role offers the opportunity to work on a large-scale industrial site, supporting a team of Blasters and other trades across tanks, vessels, and heavy equipment.

This position will suit candidates with experience in industrial or heavy-duty cleaning environments who are comfortable working in confined spaces.

• Carrying out industrial cleaning tasks within confined spaces such as tanks and vessels.

• Cleaning and preparing equipment to project specifications.

• Supporting Blasters on site by cleaning grit and waste material after blasting activities.

• Following strict health and safety procedures at all times.

• Working effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced industrial environment.

• Valid CSCS Card (essential).

• Confined Space certification (highly beneficial).

• Previous experience working on industrial sites, ideally in a cleaning or similar support role.

• Strong commitment to health and safety protocols.

• Ability to work long shifts in physically demanding conditions.

• 2x project-specific references.

• Ongoing project with potential for further opportunities.

• Work on a high-profile Naval Base project alongside an experienced industrial team.

• Valuable experience in confined space cleaning and industrial support tasks.
