About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our team on an active construction site. The successful candidate will support site operations, maintain a safe working environment, and assist trades as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general labouring duties, including site preparation, cleaning, and material movement
- Assist tradespeople and site management as directed
- Maintain site safety standards and follow health and safety procedures
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, tidy, and hazard‑free
- Perform tasks with diligence, accuracy, and professionalism
Requirements:
- A valid and in-date CSCS card (essential)
- Strong work ethic with a proactive and dependable attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Previous on-site experience preferred but not essential
- Good communication skills and punctuality
