 £32,000 – £40,000 + overtime

Do you know your way around large format print and production?

We’re working with a well-established print and visual communications business delivering high-impact graphics across retail, exhibitions, and branded environments — and they’re looking for an experienced Print Operator to join their production team.

What the Large Format Operator will be doing:

• Operating large format printers (3.2m & 5m machines)
• Producing high-quality graphics across vinyl, banners, textiles & rigid media
• Preparing files using RIP software (ColourGate, Caldera, Onyx, etc.)
• Ensuring colour accuracy and consistency across all jobs
• Supporting with maintenance, troubleshooting, and workflow efficiency
• Working closely with finishing, installation, and project teams

What they’re looking for:

• Proven experience in large format print production
• Hands-on experience with wide-format printers 
• Experience with Fujifilm Acuity, Canon Colardo, HP Latex advantageous
• Strong understanding of colour management & print workflows
• Experience using RIP software
• Background in signage, display graphics, or exhibition print is a big plus
