📋 Permanent Position

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle dealership in Billingham for an experienced LCV Technician to join their busy and professional workshop team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Light Commercial Vehicle Technician to work within a modern dealership environment, maintaining and repairing a wide range of vans and light commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards.

🔧 The Role

As an LCV Technician, your duties will include:

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on light commercial vehicles
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
• Completing routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Preparing vehicles for MOT and safety inspections
• Ensuring all work is completed to DVSA and manufacturer standards
• Accurately completing job cards and workshop documentation
• Working efficiently as part of a skilled workshop team

🔧 Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
• Previous experience as an LCV Technician, Van Technician or Light Commercial Vehicle Mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Full UK driving licence
