Our client, a reputable company based in Portsmouth, is actively seeking a skilled LCV Technician to join their professional team.

- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, applying analytical problem-solving skills
- Perform safety checks and mechanical inspections on incoming vehicles
- Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
- Ensure all work is completed within specified timeframes and quality standards
- Support team members to foster a productive and collaborative working environment
- Proven experience as a LCV Technician or similar role within the automotive industry
- Strong mechanical and electrical fitting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid MOT Tester’s qualification (Class 4/5/7) or willingness to undergo training
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Adaptability to fast-paced work environments and changing priorities
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations in the workshop
- Flexibility to work early or late shifts as required, including occasional Saturdays
- Willingness to undertake MOT testing qualification if not already qualified
