Overview
An excellent opportunity for a Lead Engineer to join a critical environment in Harlow. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer looking to take on a leadership position within a fast-paced and technically demanding environment, working for a leading facilities management provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support engineering operations across the site
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Provide technical guidance to on-site engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational standards
- Support continuous improvement and reliability of critical systems
Requirements
- Strong background in a critical environment (data centres, healthcare, or similar)
- HV/LV knowledge or experience preferred
- Proven experience in a lead or senior engineering role
- Good understanding of building services systems
- Strong communication and organisational skills
