We're looking for an experienced Lead Façades & Glazing Designer to join a leading specialist contractor delivering complex, high-profile developments across the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of façade design delivery, working across large-scale projects from concept through to construction, while progressing your career in a technically strong and supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading façade design outputs across multiple projects
• Producing detailed drawings and technical documentation
• Developing designs from concept through to construction issue
• Collaborating with engineers, project managers, and site teams
• Coordinating with architects and consultants to resolve design challenges
• Ensuring full compliance with UK regulations and industry standards
• Supporting system development, material selection, and value engineering
• Attending design and coordination meetings
• Managing design records, revisions, and documentation accuracy

What We're Looking For

• Experience in façade, curtain walling, cladding, or envelope design
• Strong knowledge of façade systems and installation methods
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit or 3D tools advantageous)
• Understanding of UK building regulations
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
