Lead from the front in a secure defence environment
We’re looking for a DV Cleared Lead Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of a Windows-focused infrastructure team within a highly secure, mission-critical programme.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine technical delivery with team management and operational accountability.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and mentoring a Windows infrastructure team
- Owning service delivery and SLA performance
- Supporting design and delivery of infrastructure solutions
- Working closely with architects and programme stakeholders
- Ensuring stability, performance and continuous improvement across services
What you’ll need
- Strong Windows/infrastructure engineering background
- Experience in secure or enterprise-scale environments
- Proven leadership or senior technical ownership experience
- Good understanding of SLAs, service delivery and operational support
