Are you a Marine Engineer that is looking for an opportunity to join a fast-paced luxury yacht building company, that offer a wide range of development and actively supports your step into a leadership role?

The company are a growing, attention to detail led construction company that build high end yachts, with an excellent reputation across the maritime market.

Since launching over two decades ago, the business has built a strong client base through its collaborative approach and technical expertise, with high-quality product delivery.

The suitable candidate will be working across a wide variety of high-profile projects where you will be completing the assembly of luxury Yachts ranging from thirty to forty feet. This role will be a leadership role with a small team of engineers at your disposal.

This role would suit a marine engineer that is looking for an opportunity within a specialist company that will actively propel your career in the maritime industry, whilst refining leadership skills.

The Role:

• Complete construction of luxury yachts
• Oversee a small engineering team
• Ensure all projects adhere to customer standards

The Person:

• Experience withing the maritime construction industry
• Comprehensive electrical and mechanical knowledge
