What We Offer

💷 Salary:

Unqualified Lecturer: £29,294 per year

Qualified Lecturer: £31,885 – £40,814 per year (Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)

🕰️ Contract Type: Full Time – 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per yea

What You’ll Do

• Teach and assess learners across a range of Automotive programmes, from entry level to Level 3

• Deliver engaging, practical workshop and classroom-based sessions

• Support learners in developing technical competence, confidence, and employability skills

• Use industry-relevant equipment and real-world examples to bring learning to life

• Maintain high standards of health & safety, safeguarding, and learner wellbeing

• Track learner progress, assess practical and theoretical work, and provide constructive feedback

What You’ll Bring

• A relevant Automotive qualification (Level 3 or above)

• Strong industry knowledge across vehicle maintenance and repair

• Experience working in the automotive industry and/or supporting learners or apprentices

• A commitment to inclusive teaching and learner success

• A teaching qualification is welcomed — but if you don’t yet have one, we’ll support you to gain it while you work
