You will deliver engaging and industry-relevant teaching across T-Level and vocational Electrical Installation programmes from Level 1 through to Level 3.

What You'll Be Doing

✔ Deliver high-quality Electrical Installation teaching and training
✔ Support and inspire learners to achieve their full potential
✔ Assess, review and monitor learner progress
✔ Maintain accurate learner and course records
✔ Embed employability and professional skills throughout the curriculum
✔ Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

What We're Looking For

✅ Strong industry experience within Electrical Installation
✅ AM2 and/or ECS Gold Card (highly desirable)
✅ Degree, HND or relevant professional qualifications
✅ Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one with full support provided
✅ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✅ Confident using IT and digital learning resources
✅ Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
