Salary: £33,596 - £51,932 per annum (dependent on skills and qualifications)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward‑thinking institution delivering high‑quality Higher Education programmes at their Bersham Road site.
About the Role
Coleg Cambria is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable lecturer to deliver both practical and classroom‑based learning within Electronic & Electrical Engineering. You will contribute to the development of course materials, assessments, and innovative teaching approaches that inspire learners and support their progression.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and high‑quality teaching across Electronic & Electrical Engineering HE programmes
- Develop course content, assessments, and learning materials
- Support learners with a range of needs, demonstrating empathy, patience, and resilience
- Manage groups effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement within the department
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the college
Essential Requirements
- Minimum Level 4 qualification in a relevant Electronic/Electrical Engineering discipline
- Level 5 teaching qualification (Cert Ed/PGCE) or willingness to work towards one
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently, manage workload, and use initiative
- Understanding of quality standards in teaching and learning
Desirable Requirements
- Welsh language skills are desirable
- Experience supporting students with SEND
