Kingston College is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer in Foundation and Intermediate Learning with a Sociology and/or Psychology specialism

This is an exciting opportunity to support learners in GCSE, BTEC and A level (Level 2 and Level 3), helping them build confidence, academic skills and subject knowledge as they progress towards further study or employment.

As our Lecturer, you will teach on one or more of the courses provided or serviced by the school and contribute to the development of existing and new provision and the implementation of flexible and cost effective teaching and learning styles

You will be a creative, resourceful and effective educator, able to convey knowledge, support the development of skills and support, challenge, mentor and motivate students. Able to offer effective feedback and monitor and record students’ progress, you will have good general IT skills, familiar with Microsoft Office and the capacity to adapt quickly to college IT systems.
