A leading UK law firm is seeking a Legal Administrator to join their expanding Birmingham office, providing support across multiple legal teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with prior legal administration experience who is looking to build a long-term career within a respected and supportive law firm.

The Legal Administrator's role:

  • Preparing legal correspondence and documentation

  • Managing filing, scanning, and document systems

  • Assisting with compliance and onboarding administration

  • Supporting fee earners with day-to-day administration

  • Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally

The successful Legal Administrator will have:

  • Experience within a legal or professional services environment

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
