Legal Advisor – Litigation

Location: Leeds, Manchester or Liverpool
Salary: £30,000 – £38,000

Coppersmith Recruitment and Services Ltd are recruiting for a Legal Advisor – Litigation to join a fast-paced RTA team.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of Fast Track litigated RTA claims, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently using internal systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Fast Track litigated RTA claims
• Progress files in line with internal procedures
• Use case management systems effectively
• Liaise with clients and third parties
• Ensure deadlines and KPIs are met

Requirements

• Experience handling Fast Track RTA litigation
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage high volumes of work
• Good communication and negotiation skills
