Legal Advisor – OIC Portal
Location: Leeds, Manchester or Liverpool
Salary: £26,000 – £28,500
Coppersmith Recruitment and Services Ltd are recruiting for a Legal Advisor – OIC Portal to join a growing personal injury team.
The Role
You will manage a caseload of Fast Track RTA claims via the OIC Portal (claims up to £5,000), handling cases from initial instruction through to settlement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage OIC portal claims from start to finish
- Negotiate settlements on low-value RTA claims
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
- Communicate effectively with clients and third parties
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures
Requirements
- Experience handling OIC or Fast Track RTA claims
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and organisational ability
- Experience using case management systems
