The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding service. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, strong communication skills are equally important.  

Key responsibilities include: 

• Overseeing the marketing and letting of residential properties
• Conducting market appraisals and advising landlords on rental pricing with good knowledge of the current market
• Driving business development and landlord acquisitions
• Managing and overseeing enquiries, viewings, and applicant follow-ups
• Overseeing the vetting of prospective tenants (Inc references, Right to Rent, affordability checks)
• Overseeing the preparation and issuing of tenancy agreements and relevant tenancy documentation
• Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and regulations
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships 
• Ensuring targets are met and exceeded 
• Monitoring portfolio performance and occupancy levels
• Implementing strategies to drive business growth 
• Leading, training, and supporting lettings staff
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess: 

• Proven experience in a similar role within the estate agency sector 
• Strong leadership and team management skills 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 
• A target-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional client service 
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
