The Opportunity I’m working with a well-regarded, independent estate agency in North Leeds that’s looking to appoint an experienced Lettings Manager to lead and grow their property management function.
This is a key hire for the business, offering genuine scope to step into a Head of Property Management role for the right individual, with responsibility across team leadership, compliance, and departmental growth.
The company has built a strong reputation locally for its personal, transparent and relationship-led approach, and is now looking for someone who can build on that success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the lettings and property management team
- Oversee day-to-day operations across the managed portfolio
- Drive new business and win landlord instructions
- Grow and retain the property management portfolio
- Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and best practice
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Handle escalations and ensure high service standards
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and direction of the department
- Proven background in lettings and/or property management
- Experience managing or leading a team
- Strong track record in business generation
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Good working knowledge of current lettings legislation
- Commercially aware, organised, and proactive
- £33,000 basic salary with OTE £40,000+
- Clear pathway to Head of Department
