Lettings Negotiator - £25,000 - £28,000 + Commission 

Hale, Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm & 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 4pm 

A fabulous, friendly and very well established Estate Agency are on the lookout for their next Lettings whizz to join the team!

Whether you're still fairly young in your lettings career or more experienced, there is a supportive place for you here for you to flourish.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a huge part in this side of the business which is busy & fast-paced but a lot of fun too. 

Day to day, you'll ensure all residential properties in the portfolio are compliant and tenanted at all times. This means you will have good attention to detail, enjoy interacting with people face to face, and be a welcoming, friendly and informative member of the team. 

What you'll be doing...

• Book and conduct viewings on properties listed to let
• Provide detailed viewing feedback to landlords
• Conduct referencing checks on perspective tenants
• Log tenancy deposits
• Deal with any inbound reactive maintenance requested.
• Using the systems accurately
• Promote and cross-sell all other departments of the business where possible 

What you'll bring to the table...

• Some previous Lettings or Estate Agency experience
• Some knowledge of Hale would be super advantageous! 
• A bubbly, friendly and welcoming personality
• A hardworking, over and above approach to work 
• A sharp eye for detail with excellent organisational skills
• A full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle
