💷 Salary: NJC SCP 15–17 (dependent on experience)

Join a Supportive Early Years Team Smile Education is recruiting a passionate and dedicated Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young learners at the beginning of their educational journey and make a lasting impact on their development.

The Role As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:
  • Support children in their learning and development across the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive learning activities.
  • Encourage children's social, emotional and academic development.
  • Provide support for individual pupils and small groups.
  • Help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
  • Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing throughout the school day.
Requirements The successful candidate will have:
  • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant, Childcare or Early Years qualification.
  • Experience working within an EYFS setting.
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS Framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for supporting young children to achieve their full potential.
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
