Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

A highly regarded, Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery in Basingstoke is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking to develop their career within a nurturing and high-quality early years environment.

In this role, the Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will be instrumental in creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating setting where children are encouraged to learn, develop, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS-based activities as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
• Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment at all times

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent qualification)
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• A caring, positive, and proactive approach
• Excellent communication skills expected of a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
