Position Details

Role: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Location: Kensington and Chelsea
Start Date: September 2026
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £34,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Key Duties

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality childcare and education in accordance with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and implement engaging activities that support children's learning and development
  • Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
  • Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
  • Promote children's emotional wellbeing and independence

Candidate Requirements

The successful applicant will:

  • Hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
  • Have previous experience within a nursery or Early Years setting
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
  • Possess up-to-date safeguarding knowledge
  • Be passionate about supporting children's learning and development
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work effectively as part of a collaborative team
