Salary: £14.25 - £14.80 per hour

We are looking to recruit a Level 3 Teaching Assistant on a temporary day-to-day basis to support schools and nurseries across the Bridgend area. The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will work with children of varying ages, providing classroom support, assisting with learning activities and helping to create a positive and nurturing environment for all learners.

The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will have:

• Level 3 Childcare qualification
• Experience working within primary schools or nursery settings
• A good understanding of child development and early years learning
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive and proactive approach to supporting children
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across different settings
