What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Working with small groups and individual pupils to boost learning and confidence
• Providing targeted interventions to support pupil progress
• Assisting with classroom preparation and learning activities
• Promoting positive behaviour and creating an inclusive learning environment
• Supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of pupils

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Previous experience within a primary school setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, proactive, and flexible approach

Desirable:

• Experience supporting pupils with additional learning needs
• Knowledge of phonics and intervention programmes
• Experience across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
